Accessibility Statement

Fix Phone 24/7 wants everyone to be able to use our website and book a repair, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control or screen magnification. We are working toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we do

Clear page structure with headings, a “Skip to main content” link and labeled form fields.
The whole site can be used with a keyboard, and the item you are on is clearly highlighted.
Text and button colors are chosen for readable contrast, and text can be enlarged in your browser.
Images that carry meaning have text descriptions.
Moving content (the customer-review strip) pauses when you hover over it, touch it, tab into it or press its Pause button, and it stays still if your device is set to reduce motion.
No flashing content.

Known limitations

We are not yet fully conformant and we keep improving. For example, the embedded TikTok video is provided by TikTok (a third party) and may not meet all accessibility standards, and the repair photo gallery uses short text descriptions rather than detailed ones. We check our pages with automated tools such as Google Lighthouse.
